CAI Members' Clay Shooting Championship at Ballinlough Castle

The format for the Countryside Alliance Ireland (CAI) Members' Clay Pigeon Championship is quite simple and will consist of 30 sporting birds.  Participating CAI clubs are encouraged to run heats for their respective clubs with the two top qualifiers from each club heat going through to the final on Sunday 31 July at Ballinlough Castle, County Westmeath. The Championship is open to CAI members only and all heats should be held locally by the club or syndicate.  This may also be used as a fundraising opportunity!

Clubs can choose which date they prefer to hold their qualifying event  but the CAI office would appreciate notification of the date in advance.

After the qualifier has taken place, Club Secretaries will need to notify the CAI office of the finalists by Tuesday 22 June.  A free Pass to the National Country Fair will be forwarded to the finalists for entry to the fair on 31 July.  All finalists are required to report to the CAI Marquee for registration at 11.00am.
